Story, myth, writings

Thomas Firth

with one comment

Thomas Firth has long been interested in storytelling, play, and by extension, mythology. He has been involved with filmmaking and writing since high school, where he ran a student film club and shot a two-hour video production entitled Mr. Slook Goes To School. Since graduating, he has written, directed, and produced a number of short films and undertaken extensive study of mythology and story. He feels most influenced by filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock, playwright David Mamet, and mythologist Joseph Campbell. His plays A Rock In the Sky and Customer Care were produced in 2007 & 2009 respectively. He is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Essay-Writing (otherwise known as Arts).
